I'm Cassie Lambert, and I spent a decade in the fitness industry training women to be stronger, leaner, and healthier — while personally dealing with the same gut issues and weight resistance I was helping others overcome.
My labs were 'normal.' My doctor had no answers. I was eating clean, training consistently, doing everything I told my clients to do — and still bloated, still exhausted, still stuck.
